🔥 After your selection has been confirmed by our team, our team will let you know when your first call date starts. This ranges between 8-21 days depending on the day you joined.
🔥 Every two weeks we onboard new members with the team.
🔥 To prepare you for the call teams we will start you with an exercise to define your core values. Look for an email tomorrow on how to get started.
🔥 During the time before your call starts you will have access to a call we call the Lighthouse, an open forum call on Monday @ 12 PM CST designed to help get your ready for the work again.
